1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using IRON LOG ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. The App is developed and maintained by Gus Digital Solutions LLC ("we", "us", "our").
2. Description of Service
IRON LOG is a fitness and workout tracking application that allows you to log exercises, track progress, and manage your training routine. The App stores all data locally on your device.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
IRON LOG offers optional premium features through in-app subscriptions:
- Monthly Plan: $4.99 per month
- Annual Plan: $29.99 per year
Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription term.
4. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period for premium features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee. You can cancel the free trial at any time through your App Store account settings.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for its intended purpose of tracking fitness activities.
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Consult a medical professional before beginning any exercise program. The App does not provide medical advice.
6. Health Disclaimer
IRON LOG is a workout tracking tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program. You use the App and perform exercises at your own risk.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Gus Digital Solutions LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gus Digital Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to physical injury, data loss, or loss of profits.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App or third parties.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
